Pit Bike Parts operates in the highly competitive Motor Sports Industry. As such, we are unable to provide a \"change of mind\" policy offering refunds.
In some instances however we do offer a 7day, same dollar value, exchange of goods policy subject to the following conditions:

Only products less than 7 days old may be returned for exchange under ‘surplus to requirements’ status (ie. no longer required).

Note: in the case of a genuine product fault see ‘warranty returns’ information.

‘Surplus to requirements’ products must be in original condition. Any products with broken seals, damaged boxes or defaced packaging (including ink and stickers) will be rejected. Products must be returned in ‘resalable as new’ condition in order to qualify for an exchange.
All returns are at the sole discretion of Pit Bike Parts.

Some of our suppliers may charge us a handling and restocking fee of up to 20% when exchanging… this cost will be passed on to the customer. All shipping costs associated with exchange returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Therefore, to reduce your risk, we ask you to please choose carefully… check compatibility with other products, and ask for our assistance if in doubt. If we’re unsure off hand… we’ll find out and let you know as soon as possible.

Goods deemed to be faulty shall be treated as outlined on the Warranty Policy page.

Fill out online form here.
Ensure the order is in its original packaging. Outer package it for safe sending, and attach a label to the outside with the postal address and the RA Number we send you. Ensure the RA Number is clearly visible.
